I had practice at SIX THIRTY in the FREAKING morning. We did a total of 75 sit ups in the first 10 minutes of practice, and scrimmaged for a whole entire hour. I can do this kind of work out in the afternoon but not in SIX THIRTY in the FREAKING morning.
